The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the SBI CBO Result 2025 for the Circle-Based Officer (CBO) recruitment exam. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now check and download the merit list directly from the bank’s official website — sbi.bank.in.
What’s in the Result?
The result has been released in PDF format, containing the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates. Those whose roll numbers appear in the list have qualified for the interview round, which is the next stage of the recruitment process.
Through this recruitment drive, SBI will fill a total of 2,964 Circle-Based Officer posts across different circles in India.

- Go to the “Careers” section and click on the result link for CBO Recruitment 2025
- A PDF file will open on your screen
- Search for your roll number in the list
- Download and save the file for future reference
Selection Process and Cut-Off Details
- The number of shortlisted candidates is three times the total number of vacancies.
- Final selection will be based on state-wise and category-wise merit lists.
- The interview round will carry a total of 100 marks, and candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks to be considered for the final merit list.
Exam Pattern
The SBI CBO exam had two parts:
- Objective Test: 120 marks
- Descriptive Test: 50 marks
The descriptive test was held right after the objective paper, where candidates had to type their answers on the computer within 30 minutes.
The complete selection process includes three stages –
- Online Written Exam
- Screening Round
- Final Interview
